About Us

Led by an experienced senior leadership team, Enfra’s workforce of 65+ includes qualified electrical engineers, certified project managers, civil supervisors, and specialised technicians.

WHO WE ARE + WHAT WE DO

Enfra was born from a desire to do things differently. To offer a more collaborative, flexible, and accountable approach to infrastructure delivery. We stay close to the work, build strong relationships, and bring both technical capability and common sense to every project.

We're a trusted delivery partner for government bodies, regional councils, utilities, developers, and major resource operators. Our work spans remote communities, high-spec industrial and mining sites, and growing regional areas across Far North Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Our senior managers bring over 240 years of combined industry experience and have been involved in some of Queensland and the Northern Territory's most critical infrastructure projects.

SUPPORTING OUR PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES

Employment & Training

We provide career pathways through apprenticeships, upskilling programs, and on-the-job mentoring. Many of our team members live and work in the communities we serve, and we're proud to be building a strong regional workforce.

Indigenous Participation

Through our Indigenous Development Plan, Enfra supports Indigenous employment and subcontracting opportunities across our projects. We're committed to working respectfully with Traditional Owners and local Indigenous businesses, and we actively seek partnerships that deliver mutual value.

Community Support

We regularly contribute to local initiatives, sponsorships, and community-led programs that align with our values, from sporting clubs to school-based apprenticeships and mental health initiatives.

Our teams are based across Cairns, Townsville, Mt Isa, Alice Springs and Darwin, enabling responsive mobilisation with a modern fleet of service vehicles and equipment, and local insight across the regions we serve.
